What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Giropay and other secure options.
Can I change or cancel my order after purchase?
Once the order is placed, we process it quickly. If you wish to modify or cancel it, contact us within 24 hours at contactviradolid@gmail.com
What are the delivery times?
Our items are shipped within 24 hours and delivered for free within 6 to 12 business days. More than 80% of our customers receive their order within 9 days!
What if my order takes more than 12 days to arrive?
We will refund 10% of your order amount if delivery exceeds 12 working days. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only deliver to Germany, Estonia, Sweden and Finland
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to follow your package in real time.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days after receiving the product to request a return or exchange. The conditions are as follows:
✅ The product must be unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
✅ All included accessories must be returned.
✅ Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
🚫 Returns are not accepted for:
❌ Products used, damaged after receipt or without original packaging.
❌ Personalized or promotional items (except for defects found).
❌ Returns requested after the 30 day period.
Who covers the return costs?
If the product is defective or there is a delivery error:
➡️ VIRADOLID fully covers the return costs and replacement of the product.
➡️ Contact us with photos/videos of the affected product to initiate the process.
If you change your mind or wish to return a compliant product
➡️ Return costs are your responsibility.
➡️ A restocking fee of 10% to 15% may apply.
Note: Initial delivery charges are non-refundable (except in the event of an error on our part).
How to make a return?
Contact us 📩 at contactviradolid@gmail.com indicating:
➡️ Your order number
➡️ The reason for the return
➡️ Photos or videos of the product if necessary
We will send you the return instructions and address.
Once the product is received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange within 7 business days.
How does the reimbursement work?
The refund is made via the original payment method. You can also opt for a credit on a future order.
Possible exchange: If you receive a defective product or if a shipping error was made, we offer a free exchange.
Processing time: Once the return is validated, the refund is processed within 7 working days.
What should I do if my product arrived damaged?
✅ Contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
✅ Send us photos/videos of the damaged product.
✅ We will support return and replacement for free.
